How painful is it to fire 700 people?

The music industry is moving away from selling CDs in stores. Bookstores are having a hard time selling books yet people love to go shopping. What are people buying and why are they not buying books and CDs?

I know they have those market researchers who try to tackle me while I am walking down the street but I would really like a little spy camera on people's heads to see what they are actually doing when they shop.

I saw a program where they put them on people to see where they are looking when they are walking .. but I want to see what they actually do when they shop.

Also, today I talked to an accountant who put the wrong data in an excel sheet and then saved it. He said he had too many windows open and got mixed up... OK. This is a good problem to fix. I always have lots of windows open. My stuff is not easily mixed up but I can see other occupations where documents will get confused easily...

Fix this. If you need a suggestion, let me know. I have a really good idea.
