Microsoft prevails over Alcatel in MP3 patent case

I love it when Judges just throw out what the Jury decided... This happened to my father once in business which is the reason I went and got a law degree. I am curious to see what the appellate court will have to say about this decision. I wonder if the judge golfs with technology executives.

Have fun reading this short article... Did you see that this company has not filed any other lawsuits but is licensing with companies for the patent that they own..

so, this lawsuit is the wake up call for business... letting them know they need to pay another company for the honor of using MP3 technology.
