Advertising Technology in Munich

Walking to the Ubahn, I saw this advertisement and stopped. I thought it was for a vacation to some exotic island or to Spain but it is not. It is an advertisement for internet.

This is almost worse than those fish ads at Christmas but at least this is targeted. It is targeted at men, who of course are the only ones who buy internet, right? What would an internet company put on an ad for women? A man in a Speedo?

I took the photo and showed it to some German women who rolled their eyes so I guess I am not the only one who thinks that bikinis have nothing to do with my internet.

This is the company that my landlord chose a few weeks ago. He is a guy. He is a guy living in another country so I guess he chose the company for other reasons.. like that they have a great price for internet service.
