I just finished my first podcast. I recorded the podcast with Garageband and have the podcast sitting at my podcast blog
If you have been reading my blog, you know that I struggle daily with the idea of how to get this company moving forward and in the right direction. Florian Dargel suggested I give something away. Give something away? What do I give away and how do I convince my content producers that this is a good idea? Do you know how hard it is to get small companies to let go of even a minute of their product? I decided to stop waiting for my clients to be reassured that one minute gifted will bring them customers. I decided to show them. I am going to give away one segment of a book a week and podcast Sofia Magazine. Both of these products will be available on itunes for free.
I want to draw attention to the name Sofia Verlag so that Sofia becomes a brand. I need to develop a brand so that I can capature a market share so that I can dominate the distribution channel. I know, it is late and I am chanting the mantra "Branding, Branding, Branding." This is the mantra for all small companies.. we need this as much as we need caffeine and customers.
