MNET Ad Continues To Underwhelm

I wrote about this company earlier and showed you this women wearing a floral necklace. It looks like times are getting tough for MNET or maybe the weather is just getting too warm for the model. She seems to have lost not only her top but her pretty floral necklace.

I showed this Ad to a fellow expatriate woman and she commented that she thought the ad had been for a travel company. So, not only does this internet company not focus its ads to women, women might call them up and book a tour. It looks like they should look into partnering with FTI for package deals. Book a holiday and get an internet provider included.

Amazon has decided to write articles about their products and to start selling music on their website. Is that why they have a podcast on iTunes? I wondered who would click and download an Amazon podcast until I saw a podcast today by H and M which is one of the large clothing stores. What in the world would they have in a podcast?

I spent the weekend meeting CEOs and COOs from various banks and insurance companies. I wish I had known about the EU liberating the lending practices in Europe... making credit cheaper. That was in the paper yesterday. Another example of how timing is everything. Instead of serious topics like micro banking or cross border banking, I talked to them about silly things like my hair appointment and shopping. I seem to be keeping up the image that I am a young and silly woman. No need to let them know that I have a brain and use it to entertain you.

In regards to work, I decided to organize a party for the script writers doing the script Frenzy in Germany. As far as I know, there are two of us writing scripts. I am going to be uploading a podcast of Marvin Acuna's screen writer's guide tomorrow or Friday for my listener's pleasure and as a piece of motivation for script writers during the month of June.
