Script Officially Entered
Ah, the joys of competition. My Script based on a book that I wrote is now officially entered into a script competition called Scriptapalooza. According to the email today, there were 3500 scripts entered. I wonder how many people. From the sounds of the email, I am guessing that people send in more than one script. I will know if my script is chosen for the quaterfinals at the end of July. By then, I will have finished my Script Frenzy script and the adaptation of my October NANOWRIMO novel.
A few weeks ago, I received a PDF copy of a manual for screeenwriting and decided that I would like to podcast the manual. I have permission from the author to make an audio recording and distribute the PDF file through iTunes. I am going to try and finish uploading both before I leave for Prague tomorrow.
Tomorrow, I will be going to Prague for the Global Financial Summit
Since I will be out of town and away from my office, I will not be posting again until Monday. I will give you an update about the worlds banks, Prague, and anything interesting that happens over the holiday weekend.
I am wondering if I should try to interview someone while I am there for the magazine. Might be fun. We will have to see how brave I am surrounded by men in suits.
